Southeast Area Technical Skills Center
Southeast Area Technical Skills Center was created as a shared investment in career-focused education, bringing together six school districts in partnership with Walla Walla Community College.

Located on the college campus, the facility establishes a professional learning environment that connects high school students to technical training, higher education, and future workforce pathways.
The building supports a range of hands-on programs, including welding, electrical systems technology, digital media, and health sciences, along with flexible classroom and support spaces designed to adapt over time. Open lab layouts, accessible infrastructure, and reconfigurable systems allow the facility to evolve as educational programs and industry needs change.

Designed for long-term performance as well as instructional value, the project integrates sustainable strategies including photovoltaics, water-source heat pumps, and a high-performance building envelope.
