Guided by Community
We believe strong communities are built through listening, showing up, and designing with purpose.
Community starts with connection
Our team is rooted in the Inland Northwest, where we live, volunteer, and stay involved in the places we call home. That same commitment carries into every project. We listen first, engage thoughtfully, and design buildings and sites that respond to the people and communities they serve.
We show up in the places that matter
At schools, events, and local gatherings.
On boards, committees, and volunteer efforts.
In support of local causes and organizations.
And through projects that invite real community engagement.
Guided by community, wherever we work
Each place has its own character, history, and people. We begin by listening, learning what matters locally, and engaging the community in meaningful ways. Our goal is to create buildings and sites that belong, places that reflect the people they serve and contribute something lasting.
