CTCR Professional Housing
Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Professional Housing was developed to support long-term community investment through two new residential neighborhoods in Elmer City and Keller.

Planned as parallel 14-acre subdivisions, the project created housing for employees of the San Poil Treatment Center while establishing a framework for future neighborhood growth in both communities.
The initial phase included fourteen single-family homes, with additional lots and infrastructure prepared for future buildout. A mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes provides variety in size and household type, while covered porches, attached garages, and accessible units support comfort, usability, and day-to-day livability.

Across both sites, the work extended beyond individual homes to include subdivision planning, utilities, roads, and landscape design, creating complete residential settings rather than isolated buildings.
