The two-story apartment building includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including an accessible unit, organized to provide comfortable living within an efficient footprint.
Two carports, enclosed ground-level patios, and modest shared amenities extend the usability of the site while reinforcing a clear residential character.
This project is partially federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
