AAFES JBER JMM Express Troop Store Image Upgrade & Starbucks
Rather than a simple refresh, the project transformed the existing exchange space into a more dynamic hub for shopping, food service, and daily routine.

The phased work upgraded the troop store and transformed a vacant concession area into a new Starbucks with drive-through access.
The work included a full interior remodel of the express store, updated food service areas, expanded cooler and freezer capacity, refreshed restrooms and entry, and phased improvements to the retail floor.

The new Starbucks adapted a vacant concession space and extended the project beyond the building through targeted site work for the drive-through and adjacent parking.
