DPW Idaho Department of Lands St. Joe Area Field Office
The Idaho Department of Lands St. Joe Area Field Office reorganizes an aging, fragmented campus into a more efficient setting for administration and fire operations.

Through master planning, programming, and phased construction, the project replaces outdated facilities with a clearer and more functional arrangement that better supports daily work, shared use, and long-term service needs.
The project includes a new administration building and a new fire building, organized to improve adjacencies, support spaces, and overall campus flow while allowing existing operations to remain in place during construction.

On a constrained sloped site along the town’s main corridor, the work also reshapes parking, circulation, retaining walls, utilities, and landscape improvements to create a more coherent and usable campus.
