AAFES Ft. Wainwright Shopping Center Image Upgrade
The Ft. Wainwright Shopping Center image upgrade was the interior remodel of the shopping center, several tenant improvement spaces, and the food court area.
The work centered on finish and lighting improvements, along with targeted remodels for key tenant spaces including Military Clothing Sales, The Barber Shop, Hair Studio, GNC Live Well, and Starbucks.
Upgrades to the food court and shared seating areas helped unify the interior and strengthen the shopping center’s role as an everyday destination for services, dining, and retail.
Together, these improvements created a more welcoming environment that supports the daily needs of the Ft. Wainwright community.
