Coeur d'Alene North Exterior Improvements
More than a maintenance project, the Coeur d'Alene North exterior renewal reintroduced the building as a recognizable landmark at the edge of downtown while improving its visual identity and relationship to the public realm.
The update included exterior cleaning and repair, new paint and siding improvements, updated metal railings, LED lighting, and refreshed landscape and irrigation around the building.
A new vertical sign at the northwest corner gives the building a stronger civic presence and creates a clear sense of arrival for those entering the downtown area.
These improvements give the building a more cohesive and contemporary identity while contributing to the evolving character of downtown Coeur d’Alene.
